Founded in 1996, The Women’s Fund is a change-making philanthropic organization that accelerates economic opportunity for women across Alabama through philanthropy, research, and advocacy. The Women’s Fund is the state’s first and only foundation strategically investing using a gender lens.
Since 2013, we have invested more than $1.1 million in 2Gen collaboratives aimed at interrupting the cycle of generational poverty.
